I think Obsidian publish doesn't have a paywall. So I'm not sure how you plan to put substack archives there. But for the readers it will be cool to be able explore and go deep into the rabbit hole. A more immersive and fulfilling reading experience I bet.
I might just put titles, keywords, and short descriptions in Obsidian. Or I might put the link to an Obsidian Publish site "below the fold" so only contributors can see it. Not perfect security, but maybe enough to give folks an incentive to support. Or maybe the Substack team will add a feature...
