Did you have to get permission from your publisher to post the "Peppermint Kings" material in a new format, or is allowed with you being the copyright holder?
I think legally it would be allowed. But I did formally notify them a couple of years ago that I was reclaiming all my rights. When they decided to forgo a paperback edition.
